QualityTime 100% carefree to us means:
✓ the borders are closed
✓ Galtür is in "Lockdown"
✓ your home town is in "Lockdown"
✓ there is a travel warning in place from your country for Galtür or the region where Galtür is located and when you depart you will have to 'quarantine at home'
However, if you would like to cancel because of the current situation (e.g. worried at becoming infected in Galtür), we will unfortunately have to charge cancellation fees.

This promotion also applies to bookings where the arrival date is for winter (December 2020 to April 2021).
Our provisions for your and our safety:
In order to provide you with a holiday in Berghotel Rasis that is as relaxing and safe as possible, attached are provisions we make for your and our health and well-being.
General rules of conduct
- 1 metre minimum distance in all areas in our hotel
- Please cough or sneeze into the crook of your arm or a hanky
- Avoid handshakes and hugs
- For being together safely, we would ask you to wash and sanitise your hands several times a day
- Avoid touching your face with unclean hands
- The lift may only be used by you yourself of with persons who are in your own household
Enjoy pleasure-filled moments in a cosy ambience in our Café Rasis or in the Zirbenstube – maintaining minimum distancing of course.
Check-In / Check-Out
Your room/apartment will be available for you from 3 p.m. as usual. We would ask that on the day you are due to depart that you leave your room/apartment punctually by 10 a.m., so we are able to ensure there is time to clean & disinfect. All hotel rooms/apartments will be fully sanitised before occupancy.
Due to the current situation, hand shaking is to be avoided as a welcome. Instead, we will welcome you with a happy smile.
So you have the opportunity to sanitise your hands at any time, a sanitiser dispenser is provided for you at the entrance area in the hotel.
We ensure rooms are regularly ventilated with a supply of fresh mountain air.
You will as usual be able to enjoy breakfast from our buffet. To maintain physical distancing, you will be allocated a table by our staff. When entering and leaving the breakfast room and at the buffet, mouth and nose coverings must be worn. We request that you disinfect your hands before serving yourself to any of the meals from the buffet – sanitiser dispensers are provided.
We would ask you to not travel should you show signs of any illness or have had any recent contact with a person who has, or is suspected of having, Covid-19. Please contact us for further clarification. Should any symptoms arise during your stay please let us know and remain in your room/apartment until we receive further clarification. We urgently recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which will cover the costs of falling ill. Further information is available here.
We would ask that you maintain a minimum of 1 metre from others, in all areas.
Mouth and nose coverings
In line with current provisions, the wearing of mouth and nose protection is compulsory in general public areas in the hotel (e.g. Reception, corridor, stairwells, ski & shoe room) and at the breakfast buffet. Protective coverings can be taken off when you are seated at your table.
Wellness area: If you are moving around the wellness area, mouth and nose protectors are required, until you return to your seat or lounger (e.g. lounger chair, sauna seating area etc.).
Cleaning & Disinfection of public areas in the hotel
We will be intensifying our basic hygiene measures – continuous cleaning and disinfection of heavily used door handles and surfaces in the hotel.
Travel cancellation insurance
Since circumstances can always crop up in between times and you cannot come on holiday as planned, we would recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with our long-standing partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung". This cover will also apply to cancellations made with regard to COVID-19 – further information is provided here.
Please note that when you take out travel insurance using your credit card, you will be insured and covered for cancellations due to COVID-19.
On request, we are happy to take out 'European Insurance' for you! Europäische Reiseversicherung also provide retrospective cover. In this instance the cover is valid from day 10 after arrangement.
Safety measures in the ski areas in Paznaun

Our wellness area is open for you from 4.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. as usual. You are responsible for maintaining a minimum physical distance of 1 metre from others in our wellness area. To safeguard your health, there will be no sauna infusions.
Our wellness area will be cleaned and disinfected daily. Additional disinfectant wipes are available so you can clean your seat/lounger before use.
To rule out any persons who are not family members entering your room, there will be no daily, unrequested room cleaning. Fresh towels will be available from our chambermaids or at Reception. If you want your room cleaned, please let Reception know by 18.00 at the latest the evening before.
We will not access our self-catering apartments during your stay. Please let our chambermaids know if you would like bins emptied or should you require fresh towels or dish towels.
